Run from the repository root of the app you intend to submit. For the most complete audit, use macOS with the Xcode version you will submit from, signing access, a representative test account, and your App Store Connect metadata available for comparison. Without these, the affected checks are reported as MANUAL rather than assumed to pass.
Reading the report
- BLOCKER
- Stops the release. Fix it before you submit.
- WARNING
- Draws a question from review. Fix it or record why.
- MANUAL
- Needs your eyes — with the exact check to run.
- PASS
- Proven with a command or an artifact.
- N/A
- Doesn’t apply to your app, and it says why.
You are clear to submit when nothing is blocking and every manual check has been signed off.
